I want to start my company. Can anyone design my website?

I worked a substantial part of my life working for a leading courier company in the country. Recently, I had this urge of starting my personal courier company but limit it to only sending gifts for your loved ones. I have the whole plan prepared for the business and just looking for a good website designer, A family friend suggested me to hire an online web design company to get the job done as they are quite famous in the industry. Please suggest me some more such companies.
